Training at Ashcroft goes far beyond the standard. For us, training is a key part in supporting people to fulfill their potential. We work with our staff to build their skills and develop their practice, working with people through every stage of their career with us.
We recognise that training isn’t all about classroom hours so we make sure we offer a balanced mix of coaching and on-the-job experience, vocational qualifications, professional qualifications, internal and external classroom based sessions.
In addition to working with selected providers to meet our statutory training needs, Ashcroft has its own team of experts delivering specialised training for learning disability workers such as Safeguarding Adults and Person Centred Planning.
We also have a 100% pass rate with our NVQ provider in delivering paper-free Health & Social Care qualifications from Level Two to Leadership and Management for Care Services (formerly RMA).
