What then?

Once we have received and reviewed your completed application form, the Human Resources Team may invite you to attend an informal meeting to discuss your application details. Your information will then be forwarded to the relevant recruiting manager. If your application is successful we will be in touch with you and invite you to attend a formal interview.

All roles where staff work with service users are conditional upon Ashcroft receiving the following:

  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK and confirmation of your identity
  • 2 satisfactory written references from your present and previous employer
  • A satisfactory full employment history
  • A satisfactory pre-employment health declaration
  • A satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau and Registration with the independent Safeguarding Authority (which will be paid for by Ashcroft).
